Today's fluid art video is a technique I'm calling "Balloon Stamping". I'm sure I didn't invent this but I'm naming it because that's what it is =) Instead of squashing the balloon onto puddles on the canvas, I load the paint onto the balloon, then "stamp" it onto a wet canvas. Doesn't go well on a dry one...trust me! lol! Anyway, it's an easy way to get some incredible effects and cool cells.
Colors used: Artist Loft Flow Acrylic black, White is 1/2 Folk Art Milk Paint and 1/2 Artist Loft Flow Acrylic and Arteza Vermilion.

My pouring medium changes a little depending on what kind of result I'm after but I primarily use Floetrol with a dash of GAC 800. I prefer to thin the paint with something more viscous than water and often use Liquitex Pouring Medium if thinning is needed. No silicone or dimethicone is used unless otherwise stated.
