President Rodrigo Roa Duterte leads the distribution of 58,387 Certificates of Land Ownership Award (CLOAs) to the 60,233 Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) of Mindanao in a ceremony at the Davao Recreation Center in Davao City on August 2, 2019. A total of 102,727 hectares of agricultural land shall be distributed to the recipients of five (5) regions in Mindanao namely, Regions IX, X, XI, XII, and XIII.
The CLOAs were turned over by the Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) to the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) pursuant to Administrative Order No. 5 mandating the release of all CLOAs in the custody of the LBP.
