R: Hello, this is customer service.
V: Hi.
R: Hi. What can I do for you?
V: Your PEST killing spray doesn't work.
R: We’re sorry about that. What was wrong?
V: My little, annoying sister is still here.
R: ("Seriously?" expression) … ooooook…
