New Zealand Army Band performance includes Haka during display for the City of Perth Salute 2019 The New Zealand Army Band, based at Burnham Military Camp in the South Island of New Zealand, performing during the 2019 City of Perth Salute, which combines Scottish military and cultural performances with visiting bands and displays from the Edinburgh Military Tattoo. The weather was very changeable, from heavy rain at the start to glorious sunshine by the end of the performance.

Wearing their scarlet uniforms with distinctive black ‘lemon-squeezer’ hats and the Drum Major handling a ‘tewhatewha’ (long-handled Māori mace) the band combine their own unique cultural heritage, including a haka performance, with traditional and modern music, including 'Pack up your troubles' 'Sweet Caroline' and 'This is me'. The Salute is held at North Inch by the river Tay in the City of Perth, Perthshire, Scotland.
