All Goa Tourist Taxi and Yellow Black Taxi owners have challenged Government to revoke licenses of taxi drivers. Continuing to be off road for the consecutive 3rd day, they held a meeting at Karmali. They have resolved to surrender their permits to government en mass protesting against warning to revoke their licenses. Meanwhile, Government has made adequate arrangement to takle with the strike called by taxi operators. KTCL has arranged for extra buses on routes. GoaMiles taxi has been plying on routes under police protection. Chief Minister Pramod Sawant has also warned to take strict action against Taxi operators taking law in hand.
