If you really want to get those V CUT LOWER ABS to show, you will see significant success from lowering overall body fat. This can be best addressed with your diet more specifically with a correction and caloric deficit to lose that stubborn fat.

If your body fat is lower than 18-20% already and you are trying to build V CUT LOWER ABS, these are the exercises:
1. Crunches - Core Up Leg Raises
2. Stationary Hand Crunches Together
3.Dragon Core Up Pulse
4. Hanging Knee Ups with ball

(Note: need to follow all the exercises 3 times/week for 3 weeks, and then stitch to part 2 workout followed by part 3, part 4 and part 5 that also will be uploading soon.)

But make sure you should understand muscle and mind connection and correction in your diet to reduce body fat.

I will be doing a series of 5 videos for V CUT LOWER ABS workout and this is PART 1 of this series.

In this video we have 4 different exercises, you need to do 12-15 reps of all the exercises and 4-5 sets.
