27 week old premature twins, sharing a cot for the first time after 30 days apart

This was the day we got moved from St Mary’s Hospital up London to our local hospital. This was round day 30 and we was half way to our journey home for Xmas. The twins slept together and held hands alone for the first time. Amazing day
Was so happy for them to be together at last 👶🏽👶🏽❤️
