An inmate testifies that convicted drug lords continue their illegal activities inside the new Bilibid Prison Hospital. Jose Galario, a former mayor of bukidnon, who was jailed for graft and confined in the hospital, says he personally saw drug lords transact through their cellphones inside the hospital ward and give bribes to prison officials. Galario adds he also gave money several times to a medical officer just to get a medical abstract. But the medical officer, who was also present in the hearing, denied the allegation.
