Kick - Streamline Kick on Back * Start with one hand on the wall, the other hand pointing the direction you plan to swim and feet planted on the wall.
* Push off the wall bring both arms together, hand over hand, and lock the thumb of your top hand over the outside of your top hand, as you will be pushing off on your back.
* Squeeze your ears tightly with your shoulders and maintain a rigid body-line.
* Glide a 3-4 count then initiate a strong flutter kick for another 3-4 count, when you stop, swim back to the wall and repeat.
