River Treasure! Who Carries 16 Credit Cards??? Cash Edition

River Treasure again tonight. This was a massive and weird haul with a wallet containing 16 or so credit cards plus some Euros. Lot's of other goodies to include iPhones and sunglasses. As always I will return the things to the rightful owners if possible.
