Serve Toss Lesson: How to Eliminate the Flick Serve Toss
I just ran a Master Class Clinic in Cincinnati.
As I watched people began to serve I noticed a trend.
Most of them had what I call a flick toss.
A flick toss is when you abruptly stop your serve toss and flick your wrist to release the ball out of your hand.
This is NOT a good habit if you want a consistent and reliable serve toss!
What you want instead is a Flow toss.
This is where your arm flows or glides through the entire serve motion.
When you release the ball out of your hands...your hand just opens up instead of flicking the toss with your wrist.
Once your learn how to do this your toss will be smooth effortless consistent and reliable!
