Journeying with Mental Illness? There’s Help More and more youth are seeking help for mental health concerns, yet stigma looms as a burden for those who live with mental health conditions. But as Over The Rainbow co-founder Chow Yen-Lu puts it, stress, anxiety and depression are things “every human being may experience at some point in their lives”. As such, Over The Rainbow was set up as a safe space for everyone to “walk that journey together”. Started in 2012, the non-profit offers free mental wellness resources and community support to youth.
