Hey, ya'll! I wanted to share my experience with dealing with my lack of motivation and insomnia and how I worked through the process. This video was pre-recorded and I'm no longer feeling this way and currently, I'm getting a good night's sleep. I was undecided about whether I wanted to post this video but as you know, this is a great time to reflect on your New Year's goals and focus on what you want to accomplish before the year ends.
