ولفت المصدر إلى أن "الاتفاق يتضمن انتشار وحدات الجيش السوري مع أسلحتها الثقيلة والمتوسطة في مدينة منبج ورفع #العلم_السوري فوق المراكز الحكومية داخل المدينة وعلى مداخلها ومخارجها".
