Sandra tells us about the Home Interaction Program for Parents and Youngsters (HIPPY)

HIPPY is a program that has been created to support parents in their homes with activities and information to help their preschool kids. Over two years (in kindergarten and reception), HIPPY kids work through weekly or fortnightly packs of play-based, educational activities with their parents and family. They are encouraged to ask questions and try new things, developing their confidence and passion for learning, which helps prepare kids for school.
