There are 2 reasons why I made this video. The reasons are - 1) Not only me as a psychiatrist, but all mental health professionals worldwide are having a beeline of teenagers in their clinics with all kinds of problem behaviors and honestly speaking, this trend is worrisome, and 2) I personally feel that youngsters and also their parents require some guidance.
