Episode 5: Novices and Isolation. In todays video we wanted to inform you guys on our tips for isolation as an novice lifter. We decided to go with another informative video as we do want to continue the trend of informing you guys as our goal is to not just improve in the gym ourselves, but to help you all as well. To recap, we go over how we like to isolate muscles in ways to not just strengthen them, but as well grow them. We go over isolating chest strength, upper chest growth, lat strength, rear delt growth, arm growth, and forearm strength and growth.
