Developmental activities have gained momentum in Kashmir with normalcy prevailing in the valley. People have started running errands and so have all the institutional and educational centres and hospitals are no far behind. This is valley's sole government hospital in Budgam District, where final touches are being given these days to its new building with a capacity of 30 beds. Although the building is yet to be completed, doctors are treating patients at temporary arrangement at the hospital. The hospital has been under construction since 9 years but it is only after abrogation of article 370, that its completion is becoming a reality.
