STRENGTHEN & LENGTHEN to BOOST SELF-CONFIDENCE In today's practice we will be focusing on strengthening the core, and lengthening our limbs which also boosts self-confidence.

I'm a firm believer (no pun intended lol) that when your core is strong you get a boost in self-confidence!
Why do I believe this?
Well, we all have energy centers coursing through our body. In America we believe there are 7 energy centers, or chakras that run up and down our spine. But in other parts of the world, it is believed that we have 108 energy centers!
We have a main energy center that is located around our belly button area, which is also called the solar plexus. This center is called manipura (represented by the color yellow) and it is the source of personal power and governs self-esteem. It also governs metabolism and digestion.
So, to ensure you have no energy blockage in this area and energy can flow freely in and out of this whirling vortex, you can massage your belly daily in circular motions.... AND
To increase your self-confidence you can work on strengthening the area around your solar plexus which to me translates best as the core.
You will need a yoga mat, blanket or carpet to lay on during this practice, and a towel to help during the stretches. There will be light yoga moves, but nothing to worry about.
Oh! And the best part is... drum roll please... you get to do this practice while on your back! (well mostly on your back). How great is that!!
