The minister of transport Fikile Mbalula shared that ACSAs commitment to women empowerment must find practical expression in how they conduct business and the opportunity they create for women and the girl child. On Twitter @MbalulaFikile, stated that he is encouraged that the ACSA Board has been diligent in the undertaking of its work and that he is equally encouraged that the internal evaluation alludes to a Board hard at work and taking its fiduciary obligation seriously and also added that One of the most important targets ACSA achieved relates to generating income independent of traditional passengers and cargo traffic, which in itself is a reflection of ACSA’s diversification efforts which resulted in the generation of R58.6 million in income against a target of R33 million .
