This simple, quick and easy warm dessert is composed of different kinds of dried fruits and nuts that are widely available during the fall season.
Ingredients: Dried lotus seeds, rinsed - 5 pieces. Dried lily bulb, rinsed - 8 pieces. Ginkgo nuts, peeled, rinsed - 5 pieces. Dried longan - 10 pieces. Dried red dates, deseeded - 2 pieces. Basil seeds, soaked - ¾ tsp. Dried persimmon, sliced - 1 piece. Malva nut, soaked in boiling water - 1 piece. Water. Maple syrup (optional) - to taste.
