Most people don't realize it, but beating pressure defense is actually EASIER, if you know the right basketball moves and crossovers to deal with it.

In this tutorial I break down behind the back dribble moves to you can do when defenders try to play you tight, so you get get past them at will.

The best part is, all of these moves are pretty easy to learn if you just take a few minutes to master the tips in this training video.

Once you start beating a defender that's playing you tight they'll give you space, and once they give you space you have room for easy jump shots.

This creates a situation where the defender has no good choice for how to guard you , and they know you're a threat to beat them no matter what they do, so they start biting HARD on all of your shot fakes and driving fakes.

Then it's game over for them!

Drop me a comment and let me know which of these moves is your favorite, and if you beat a defender with any of them!

If for some reason your defender jumps in front of you on these moves, use these moves as counter moves to beat them:
