Most boys grow up being told and/or taught that men don't cry. Usually, that is followed up with the phrase "Come on man, Man Up". That is destructive conditioning because everyone has feelings and can/will experience them all during our lifetimes. Sometimes, you may experience every emotion in one day alone.
