_ ABOUT ME _
My name is Belise, I am a 25 years old Property Entrepreneur. I first started my journey in property, Following a Business Partnership I was involved in that went terribly wrong, found myself at the age of 23/24 years old being threatened with Legal Action, at no fault of my own (Please watch the video where I explain my experience). I was working as a Property Investment Consultant, Buying properties on joint partnerships. I lost a lot of the money, savings, and it was the most terrifying experience. I never thought that I would return back or involve myself in Business ever again following that experience, however the feeling of defeat took the best of me , not on the basis of business, but the feeling that the parties involved had won, set me off and motivated me to get back up and prove to myself that I can do it again. So here I am, at the of 25 years old, living in Birmingham UK giving this property business stuff another go. So following these events , I have proceeded to set up a Property Lettings Business alongside the investment consultancy business, trying to build my clientele back up again. By documenting my journey, I hope it encourages other young entrepreneurs, but also I realise that people never really the get to see the work that goes behind creating a successful business, or simply the challenges that come with one pursuing to start their own Business.
