➤How to completely clean uninstall:
1. Uninstall the previous version using GEEK UNINSTALLER and reboot.
2. Install the new version.

➤ If didn't fix your problem then use this method:
1. Delete Prefetch files on Windows/Prefetch (All files)
2. Press Windows key + R and type: %TEMP% (Delete all files)
3. Delete Windows/temp (All files)
4. Right click on windows start icon menu and open the command prompt (cmd.exe) as admin and type these commands one by one.
5. netsh winsock reset
6. netsh int ip reset
7. ipconfig /release
8. ipconfig /renew
9. ipconfig /flushdns
