Jessica Eye on missing weight at UFC 245: ‘I made a terrible mistake’ | Ariel Helwani’s MMA Show

Jessica Eye returns to Ariel Helwani’s MMA Show to explain the issues she had that led to missing weight for her UFC 245 fight vs. Viviane Araujo. Eye called it one of the “worst experiences” and that she couldn’t eat much on Friday, and still weighed less than she did on fight night for her previous bout. Eye says she’d like to see what happens at UFC 247 with Valentina Shevchenko vs. Katlyn Chookagian, but would be open to fighting Joanne Calderwood next. Eye (9:58) also discusses the back issues she faced ahead of her title fight vs. Shevchenko.
