This is a synthetic wig from Brazilian Secret the name of the wig is:

Bohemian Brazilian Secret Human Hair Blend Soft Swiss Lace Wig - HBW TIFFANY GIRL in the color RED WINE ! She is also 30 inches long!

I paid 45.98 all together with it being 34.99 and shipping was 10.99. The price to the hair in the link is 37.94 and it was one of the cheapest links I could find in that color.
