The Flesh and The Spirit work against each other, The Spirit wants eternal life, and the Flesh wants worldly things.God says to submit yourself, sacrifice your sinful flesh, just like Jesus sacrificed himself so that we can be saved.
The works of the Flesh work in a state of greediness and wanting. Your flesh is in control, it gets what it wants to have, but we can fight through this nature with our Spirit that dwells in us. You see we as humans have this nature called sin that dwells in us when Adam & Eve were here. Yes, WE DID HAVE THE HOLY SPIRIT AT ONE POINT. But sadly satan took it away, technically Satan tricked Adam & Eve Into Sinning. Eve got deceived first then Adam followed in Eve footsteps.

If you read the Book Of Romans, 1 Corinthians , Ephesians you'll see that God talks about the desires of the flesh and the world and its deceptive lies.
The empty void in your life can never be fulfilled without Jesus Christ! Amen

The world is ruled by satan, God is not the universe nor is he of the world, God is the GREAT "I AM". God never was created nor had a beginning, he always existed even before time, if he existed before time that would make him timeless. God is a immaterial, timeless, spaceless, simple, personal. perfect, omnipresent, all-powerful, all-knowing and unchanging Being!

God actually says we have power from our words, When he said we were made in his Image it meant literally, we have will power like God, we have emotion pain, jealous, hate, Just like God.
We can also have the power to create, thats why there witches in the bible. But God commanded us not to do such a thing. Words have power, just like how God spoke the universe in Existance.

There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch, Or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer.
