1. Lie on your stomach. This exercise is very important to your bust so never miss this. You just have to bend your legs at the knees and grab them tight at the ankles. Initially, hold this position for 20 seconds then relax for 10 seconds. Gradually increase the time of holding that position.
2. Join your Hand.
3. Raise your chin. Clench your hand into a fist and lift it your chin. Press on your fist with your chin for 5 seconds and take a break for 5 seconds. Then repeat this process 3 to 5 times.
4. Lie on fitball.
5. Push-Up. Push-ups is the best workout to strengthen your pectoral muscles. Is not going to be very easy. Initially, try to as much as you can. and your muscles will pain so much. But don't stop doing workout Because within 3-4 days the pain will go. In the beginning, you can do this on your knees or against a sofa and chair. Repeat this 12 to 15 time in a set. And 3 sets a day.
6. Lift up.
7. Wall presses. Stand half-meter away from the wall. Now lift your hand at the same height as your chest and flat your palms against the wall. Now slowly move forward near to the wall. Then back to the first position. Do this 10-15 times in each set and 3 set a day.
This exercise will keep your feet and give you an attractive bust.
