This is the technique and process I use daily to help bring my desires into existence.

By using all the senses - seeing, feeling, hearing, tasting and smelling you are utilising all you have to visualise and experience the reality and life of your dreams. All you must do is see, believe and then achieve.

Speaking more scientifically (if you’re that way inclined), doing this will initiate your reticular activating system (RAS), which acts as a filter of information in the brain. Daily rituals like visualisation fire up the RAS and encourage you to focus more on opportunities that bear relevance to the goals you set for manifestation.

So far this year I have seen fantastic results and wish you the same in achieving your goals!
