She has many disorders, and can't control how she feels.
She was bullied when she was younger, and as it affected her, she got worse. She killed her bully, and burned his house. In rage, she killed everyone in her school, including her friends, and she got found. She killed the police, and then broke down, ashamed of herself.
Her name means heartache. I've been playing undertale too much.
