Locks: You must purchase your own lock when renting an Extra Space Storage unit. We recommend investing in a disc or cylinder lock to protect your belongings. Both are available for purchase at most of our facilities.
Insurance: An insurance policy is required to rent one of our storage units. A team member can help you set up a policy with a provider.
