I found this video while searching for new 1st amendment auditors and copwatchers. FZA News is the channel. He has 2 videos out as of now. The 1st is an impromptu audit of the New York State Central Services. FZA explains his reasoning for the audit in his full video which is linked just below this paragraph. Basically the because of law changes regarding who can get drivers licenses the lines at the DMV in New York state have gotten out of hand.
