1) bodyweight squats
2) cossack squats
3) bird-dog
4) down-dog into pushup
5) 3 way lunges
6) squat and reach
7) glute bridges
Circuit (repeat 3x)
1) man-makers (5 reps)
2) KB swings (20 reps)
3) Step up, lunge back (10 per leg)
4) Side laying hip raises (10 reps per side)
5) Squat and press (12 reps)
6) Banded baby plank walk with abductions (20 reps)
