After the cabinet expansion, Uddhav Thackeray has been facing resentment by Shiv Sena MLAs, being told that many Shiv Sena MLAs are unhappy over not becoming ministers. There are many Varist leaders in the party who were ministers in the Fadnavis government but were excluded from the Uddhav government. Uddhav Thackeray made his son Aditya a minister, Aditya became an MLA for the first time but did not give him a chance who has been becoming an MLA for many times. With Aditya being made a minister, there has been a message in Shiv Sainik that Uddhav Thackeray is promoting the party and the family in power. While MLAs and activists working for the party have been side-lined for a long time. Senior Sena leaders Ramdas Kadam, Diwakar Rawate, Ravindra Vaikar, Deepak Kesarkar and Tanaji Sawant did not give place to their leaders. Guhagar MLA and senior leader Bhaskar Jadhav has directly attacked Uddhav Thackeray due to the absence of a minister. Bhaskar Jadhav has accused Uddhav Thackeray and said that Uddhav Thackeray did not fulfill the assurance given to him. Jadhav further said that I have been in politics for many years. I held the post of state president of NCP. Despite so much experience, I cannot understand where I was missing.
