In this video, I have explained Trade Management from Short Term Trading For Beginners point of view. Too many traders in Stock Market focus on Entry, Exit and on How much Profit they will make from a trade. However, fewer Traders focus on the importance of Trade Management when it comes to Short Term Trading.
Trade Management is one of the Cornerstone's of Technical Analysis and Traders should focus on this as much as they focus on Entry & Exit method. In Short term trading and Intraday Trading, Trade management is of more importance as Price is impacted by Short Term Volatility. Trader has to be very careful in not exiting trades prematurely as this remains one of the most common mistakes.
In this video, I have taken a Trade I executed in Maruti Stock and then I have shown how I have managed the Trade as sessions progressed. I have also highlighted the most common mistake traders commit once they have entered the Trade. I have overemphasized on the fact that in Short Term Trading, one should focus more on Analysis but focus less on reacting to every Candle that forms on the chart.
