Three WHL Exceptional Player Applications!!! (Bedard, Yager, & Heidt)

I've had comments quoting that no exceptional talents come from Western Canada, only Ontario and Quebec. An obvious display of ignorance, but maybe, that guy's opinion will change soon. THREE, applications for exceptional player status have reportedly been made for the WHL, is this finally the time we see a full-time 15 year old in Western Canada?
