I've been ignoring the amount of fat I've been eating, but it's time I started cutting back on the amount of fat I consume on a daily basis. So... it's time to cut my cheese intake and also cut the amount of sour cream I've been using during mealtimes. I've been getting enough healthy fats in my diet by way of olive oil, butter, etc... I neglected to mention that the ACV drink was not the end all and be all for weight loss. After drinking it every night for a week, I didn't experience the same dramatic weight loss that I experienced last week.
