Official Rules:

1- Eligibility: The “Green Mountain Gold Trap” Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open All at the age of 18 or older HOWEVER, If your from outside the United States I ask you pay half the shipping cost! (“Entrant"(s)). Void in Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, and where prohibited. The Giveaway is sponsored by Green Mountain Gold Trap (“Sponsor”).
2- Giveaway Period: The Giveaway shall begin at the posting of the “Green Mountain Gold Trap” video "Green Mountain Gold Trap GAW" (“Giveaway Announcement Video”) 1. Prize(s): The Giveaway(s) allows Entrants to enter a random drawings, as described below, on the Green Mountain Gold Trap YouTube Channel (the “Channel”) for a chance at the following items (“Prize, 3' River Bed Hog / older version”):
3- “What I decided at the time” with an average retail value (“ARV”) at the time of the Giveaway Announcement Video of “$400.00” USD. 1 3' River Bed Hog Gold Trap only! The total ARV of all the “Prize(s)” could be up to “$400.00” USD. THE ODDS OF WINNING THE PRIZE(S) DEPENDS ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED. No Prize substitution or cash alternative is allowed except at the sole discretion of Sponsor, GMGT, Green Mountain Gold Trap. If a Prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of Sponsor GMGT, a substitute prize of equal or greater retail value may be awarded. The Winner will be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the Prize(s) received IE over seas shipping cost @ 1/2.
4- How to Enter: To enter the Giveaway you must (a) subscribe to the Channel, (b) Share You Subscriptions to be seen as a subscriber, (c) “like” the Giveaway Announcement Video, (d) Share this video and (e) place a comment (“Comment”) on the Giveaway Announcement Video (for “Entry”). Entries must be received during the Giveaway Period. ONLY ONE ENTRY IS PERMITTED PER PERSON. ONLY THESE PRIZE(S) PER ONE or more PERSON(S) WINNING.
5- Winning: Winner(s) of the Giveaway (“Winner(S)”), including possible alternate Winners (“Alternate Winners”) chosen to substitute for invalid entries (eg) not showing up as a subscriber, entry from over seas, shall be chosen by the Sponsor with the YouTube random comment picker tool Or, of the Sponsor’s choosing during the Giveaway Video. Winners and Alternate Winners shall be chosen at a different date then the Giveaway Video at the end of the Giveaway Period by way of video. Failing to contact me within 3 days after the name draw video will result in another name draw for the prize.
6- Prize Claim: Winners and Alternate Winners will be notified via the GAW name draw video. Winners and Alternate Winners will be required to contact the Sponsor via the Sponsor’s Web Site within (3) days after the Giveaway Period by clicking on the “Contact” link on the web site at the top of the home page. Failure to respond to the notifications will result in forfeiture of the Prize and, in such case, the Sponsor GMGT may declare an Alternate Winner chosen during the second Giveaway Video. If a Prize goes unclaimed or is forfeited by the Winner or Alternate Winner, the Prize may not be re-awarded at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, Myself -Green Mountain Gold. Other restrictions may apply.


7- Rights of Sponsor: Sponsor, shall have the right, at its sole and absolute discretion to refuse any Entry whatsoever made by Entrants which it finds to be in violation of these Official Rules or which it finds in its sole discretion to be otherwise objectionable for any reason.
