Basically, the Tesla app's design patterns allowed him to butt-dial the upgrade. And Tesla's customer service response turned out to be challenging and not helpful. Let's take a closer look at Tesla’s software design, how Nassim Taleb may have gotten in this situation, and if Tesla may have used dark patterns in their software design.
