'Convicts Under No Obligation To Speed Process': Convicts' Lawyers To Centre, Delhi Govt

The Special hearing in the Nirbhaya case is currently taking place in the Delhi High court. The Solicitor General has briefed the Delhi HC on the misuse of lifelines by the convicts. The convicts' lawyer has slammed the Union government and the Delhi government that the convicts are not under any obligation to speed up the process.
