This video shows view from car first traveling along Route 28 before turning right onto Finlay Road. It is apparent that "parking area" in front of 104 Finlay Road comes up quickly as vehicle completes right turn thus demonstrating parking in front of 104 Finlay would be patently unsafe to vehicular traffic and flies in the face of millions of dollars spent by Town and State to improve traffic flow through intersection of Route 28 with Finlay Road. This video was taken with carcam and thus shows a wider-than normal field of view. (Note time and date stamp is erroneous -- video was actually taken in February 2020.)
