Do think that you will be happy only when you achieve the goal you're working on? let me tell you that that will not happen. You may experience happiness for certain hours/days/weeks, but then you will go back to the state where you were before and you will try to define a new goal to find motivation again, thinking that achieving it will give you happiness. You basically enter in an ever lasting loop where you are always procrastinating your happiness.
In today's video I will share with you a method through which you can find sustainable happiness & motivation, using some concepts from the book Search Inside Yourself by Chade-Meng Tan. I this way, you will be able to experience lasting happiness and motivation that do not dependent on external goals and circumstances. Remember, happiness is you, you don't need to look outside.
