Driver attempts to overtake me into oncoming traffic, squeezes me between his car and a parked car and I find the bitumen. Reported and results in him completing a one day intensive driving course at their cost and completion of a practical driver assessment. I am happy enough with that, probably better than points and a fine in the end.
