Multiple low pressure system will hang off the pacific northwest bringing tons of rain and mountain snow. Now it's not just one or two lows, it's 10+ lows with one almost each day bringing nonstop rain and snow causing a ton of issues! There could be tropical like downpours and blizzard like conditions for days! There could be a whopping 1-2 feet of rain which not only cause flooding, but severe flooding! There could be 1-2 feet of snow in the rockies and 3-5 feet of snow in the sierras!
