The principal of a college in Bhuj, Gujarat, is said to have led a humiliating and public crackdown on students violating norms banning menstruating women from touching others and entering some spaces.
Staff at a Gujarat college, led by the principal, are said to have humiliated dozens of woman students by forcing them to remove their underwear to prove they weren't on their period.
