Singapore needs foreign workers to complement workforce for economy to grow: Chan Chun Sing

Trade and Industry Minister Chan Chun Sing said Singapore will often have to bring in foreign workers to complement the country's workforce, in order to win quality investments that can create higher paying jobs for locals. He was responding to a question in Parliament on the government's strategy for creating jobs for Singaporeans without relying too much on foreign manpower.
