As Ray Franz points out in "In Search of Christian Freedom", the secretive "justice system" of JW.org and Jehovah's Witnesses makes it possible for the accuser NEVER to have to face the accused. And too, in the world of the Watchtower there will never be public trials nor the necessity of public witness. What accountability can there be in this closed system where elders are judge, jury and executioners?
