Percent Pay or Piece Pay or Performance Pay!

No matter how you say it. Hopefully this video clears up that the employees on % pay LOVE IT.

They made so much more money than compared to their hourly wage (which I still tracked!) it was not even funny.

It works best with 'good employees!' Crappy employees will make less on it, so they will not like it. They are killing your business! Drop them like a bad habit!
