Hawaii Air National Guard air defense airmen conducted a Subject Matter Expert Exchange with counterparts from the Philippine Air Force. The SMEE was part of the National Guard's State Partnership Program which pairs a state's National Guard with a partner country to build security cooperation and capacity.
